    2. Recommended use The ‘kiddy cruiserfix pro’ booster car seat has been tested and certified to FMVSS 213 for use with children who weigh between 33 and 100 pounds (15.0 and 45.3 kg) and whose height is between 38 and 60 in (96 and 152 cm) (Children approximately 4 to 12 years of age.).

    • Make sure that all parts of the booster car seat are properly locked in place. • Never leave a child unattended in the booster car seat. • If you need assistance with installation, please contact kiddy USA Consumer Services at 1-678-377-3309 or consult your vehicle dealer or manufacturer.

Choosing a vehicle seating position and preparing to install the booster car seat WARNING DEATH or SERIOUS INJURY can occur • Do not use this booster car seat in a front seating location or seat with front, side or seatbelt airbag unless recommended by the vehicle manufacturer in the vehicle owner's manual.
  • Page 8 Please familiarize yourself thoroughly with the recommended use of car seats as described in your vehicle’s owners manual. This booster car seat MUST be used only with forward-facing vehicle seats. Do not use this car seat with vehicle seats that face the side or rear of the vehicle. Vehicle seat belts: Many seat belt systems are not safe to use with the booster child seat.

    4.3 Kiddy k-fix system The kiddy k-fix system provides additional security by using the lower anchors of the vehicle LATCH (Lower Anchors and Tether for CHildren) system. The booster car seat does not use the top tether attachment. Kiddy recommends using the k-fix system if possible.

    1.To adjust the headrest height rotate the handle out gently and raise or lower the headrest to position the narrow area of the headrest in line with the child's ears. 2.Release the headrest height adjustment handle to lock headrest in position. 3.Check that the headrest is securely locked, by gently pushing down on headrest.

    WARNING DEATH or SERIOUS INJURY can occur • Use only the vehicle’s lap and shoulder belt (or 3-point) system when restraining the child in this booster car seat. • NEVER use only the k-fix connectors to secure your child in the vehicle. The vehicle’s three point seatbelt system must be used to secure your child.

    9.1 Removing the headrest cover The headrest and backrest cover are sewn together as a single unit. Slide the adjustable headrest (F) up to the highest position. Free the cover around the height adjustment handle (Q) at the back of the headrest (H) and below both shoulder belt guides (B).
