This subwoofer has been designed to give you many years of trouble-free listening enjoy-
ment. Though easy to install, we recommend that you read carefully through this instruc-
tion manual, and to save your bill of sale in the unlikely event that your subwoofer
requires servicing. Your subwoofer comes with a 1 year parts and labor warranty on the
electronics and 5 years on the loudspeaker.

L/R satellites to the "Speaker out" will automatically limit the low frequency sent to the small speakers with the high-pass filter built into the JBL subwoofer. This is helpful to small speakers, in that they will then not be required to reproduce frequencies that may be beyond their operating range. -

POWERING UP A) ON/AUTO/OFF You may choose to have your Subwoofer turn on automatically once it senses an incoming signal. In that case please select the "Auto" position on the back of the amplifier. The amplifier will turn itself off to stand-by mode if it does not sense a signal after approximately 10 seconds. -

- Page 10 UTILISATION A) COMMUTATEUR ‘ON/AUTO/OFF’ Vous pouvez choisir de faire mettre sous tension votre caisson sous-grave automatiquement une fois qu’il détecte un signal parvenant de votre récepteur audio, en choisissant le mode "Auto" en l’endos du caisson sur l’amplificateur. L'amplificateur se mettra en position d’attente s’il ne détecte pas de signal après un délais d’environs 10 seconds. A de très bas niveaux d°écoute, le signal de votre récepteur audio peut être trop faible pour mettre l'amplificateur du caisson sous tension automatiquement.
