I have issues with my WiFi service/connection
A. What is my WiFi name (SSID)?
Make sure the WiFi on your computer is switched ON or enabled.
Use Ethernet Cable (RJ45) to connect your computer to the Residential WiFi modem.
Open your web brower and enter 192.168.1.254 in the browser address bar.
Scroll down the configuration page until you find the
"Home Network"
column.
Click on "Wireless".
