Selecting the
ALL
CARS
option notifies you when any NASCAR driver is
racing. You can choose to be notified either by the pop-up NASCAR Alert, by the
NASCAR ticker, or by both (see Figure 94, below):
a) Pressing the Select button will select TICKER (a check-mark will appear in the
adjacent box). Pressing the Select button again will select ALERT.
b) Pressing the Select button a third time will deselect TICKER (the check-mark will
disappear): pressing the Select button a fourth time will deselect ALERT.

When you're done selecting drivers/car numbers, press the Menu button. The NASCAR
screen will return (see Figure 93, left. on page
108),
Select the types of NASCAR alerts
you want:
RACE ALERT: Displays a pop-up alert when any race featuring your selected cars is
running (see Figure 94, center). The alert will show the driver's name/car number and
the channel carrying the race. Use the Select button to choose
ON
or
OFF.
TICKER: Displays information for races featuring your selected car numbers continually
while races are running (see Figure 94, right). The currently-playing artist and song
title will still be visible when the ticker is active, Use the Select button to choose
ON
or OFF.
