    Vehicle Installation Step 3: Mount the Magnetic Mount Antenna The Magnetic Mount Antenna contains a strong magnet which will stick to any metal part of your vehicle, but will not damage the vehicle . To install the Magnetic Mount Antenna: Choose the best location for your antenna considering your own personal situation .

    Vehicle Installation 2 Attach the Rubber Tail to the antenna Magnetic Mount Antenna and press the antenna cable into the (Upside-Down) Rubber Tail . The Rubber Tail will help to position the antenna the correct distance from the edge of the roof or trunk lid .

    Parental Control Your Sportster 5 has the ability to lock channels you do not want others (such as children) to access without your permission . Locked channels will not appear in the channel or category list . The default lock code is 0000 .

    Configuring Your Sportster 5 Sirius ID Your Sportster 5 has a numeric 12-digit ID which uniquely identifies the radio . This ID is used during the activation process . To display the Sirius ID: Press and hold menu until Menu Options is displayed .

    Finder will suggest a list of available FM channels in your area . For convenience, write down or print out the list . Tune the Sportster 5 to a favorite SIRIUS channel (or to channel 184, if it’s not yet activated) . Turn on your vehicle’s FM radio .

Pressing jump lets you quickly tune to a channel that is accessed frequently and temporarily, and then tune back to the original channel to which you were listening by pressing the button again .
