11 . To raise Handle, place foot on foot-rest, place both
hands on Handle and then pull up until Handle snaps into
place.
To lower Handle, place both hands on Handle and push
down until Handle is in down position.
12. Manual Crank for Low-Battery Situations
If your battery is too low to rewind the hose, recharge it
at once. See charging instructions on page 3.
Flip out crank handle on manual crank and wind in hose
manually.
Push button to fold handle back in. Always fold crank
handle in when using battery power.
