Choose a value.
Press the selector up or down to
choose a value for exposure
compensation.

Return to shooting mode.
Press MENU/OK to retu rn to
shooting mode.
To choose a value for exposure compensation:

Press the

button.
Press the selector up (Iii). Exposure
compensation will be highlighted in the
monitor.
Choose negative (-) values
to reduce exposure
Use exposure compensation when
photographing very bright, very dark, or high-
contrast subjects.
Choose positive
(+)
values
to increase exposure
