Taskbar
The taskbar at the top of the desktop contains the following functions:
1 The
Show Desktop
button: Click to clear your application windows and reveal the desktop. Click again to
bring the windows back to the desktop. For more information about application windows, see "Open
Application Windows" on Page 13.

Main Menu
button: Click to reveal the

 Click the icon of an application to show or hide its window on the desktop.

icon: Click to enter keywords in the search field to quickly find a list of relevant applications and
DSM Help

button: Click to have an instant preview of all open applications and hover your mouse over
the application windows for quick navigation.

Pilot View
is not supported by Internet Explorer.

The widgets at the bottom-right corner of the desktop contain the system information of your Synology
DiskStation.
