Configuring the N2800e Thin Client Express Before you can use the N2800e Thin Client Express (also referred to as workstation) to access server applications, you need to configure your workstation. You can use the NSBoot Setup Utility (also referred to as Setup Utility) and the Thin Client Express Configuration Tool (or Configuration Tool) to configure workstations. -

This section provides information on verifying and resolving hardware problems. If you cannot identify a hardware problem, you can request technical service and support by contacting IBM. You need to provide the machine type, model, and serial number of your NetVista thin client. -
