Understanding Messaging

Message Storage
Your phone can store up to 200 received and 180 sent messages.
When the message memory is full, the oldest unlocked message will
be deleted automatically.
Displaying Messages
To view a new text message from the notification screen:
Press View (left softkey) to display the message details.
Note: When you receive a new message, the message notification and the
icon will appear.
Press Call (left softkey) to dial the callback number
(appears when a callback number is highlighted).
Press Reply (left softkey) to reply to the sender (appears
when the sender's phone number is highlighted).
Press Go (left softkey) to go to the Web site (appears when a
URL is highlighted).
Press Forward (left softkey) to forward the message
(appears only if there is no sender's phone number, email
address, or callback number).
Press Options (right softkey) to display options.
To display a text message from the main menu:

Press the navigation key up to display the Messaging menu.
2. Select Text Msgs > Inbox, Sent, Outbox, Drafts, or your defined
folder.

Select the message you want to see and press
message options, press Options [right softkey].)
Tip:
Press the navigation key right to read the next message from the message
detail display; press the navigation key left to read the previous message (Inbox,
Sent, and your defined folder only).
