BRUSH GUARD ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

NOTE: Attach all parts of BRUSH GUARD
1. Attach the front portion of the RACK BRUSH
GUARD(36) to the middle tabs on the FUN-
FRAME, behind the SEAT, using the hardware shown.
2. Attach the rear protion of the RACK BRUSH
GUARD(36) and SAFETY FLAG (47) to the rear
tabs on the FRAME using the hardware shown.
3. Attach the FRONT BRUSH GUARD (33) to the front
tabs on the FRAME using the hardware shown.
4. Attach the TOP BRUSH GUARDS (31) to the RACK
(36), then to FRONT BRUSH GUARD (33) using the
hardware shown.

5. Join and secure the two portions of the TOP
KART BRUSH GUARD(31) with the CROSS BRUSH
6. TIGHTEN BOLTS starting at the back of the cart
7. Mount the ends of the SHOULDER BELTS to the
sides of the RACK BRUSH GUARD (36)
NOTE: Do not overtighten the hardware attaching the
ends of the SHOULDER BELT. The BELT must
rotate.
