MODEL IDENTIFICATION The MOSSY OAK vehicle Serial Number is mounted on the fire wall beneath the light switch. The Engine Serial Number located on the left side of the engine crankcase. The MOSSY OAK vehicle Serial Number and Engine Serial Number are important for model identification when registering your vehicle, obtaining insurance or whenever replacement parts are required. -

Figure 4 Accelerator Pedal WARNING • Do not start or operate a MOSSY OAK vehicle with a sticky or improperly operating throttle. A sticky or improperly operating throttle could cause an accident resulting in severe injury or death. • Always contact your Service Center for service repairs whenever throttle problems arise. -

HOUR METER The MOSSY OAK vehicle is equipped with an hour meter, located on the dash panel to the left of the steering column (Figure 8). The hour meter should be used by the trained technician in order to track vehicle usage and determine when periodic service procedures are required. -

A CAUTION indicates a hazard or unsafe practice that could result in minor personal injury or product or property damage. Each MOSSY OAK vehicle is thoroughly inspected and adjusted at the factory; however, upon receiving your new vehicle(s), you should become familiar with its controls, indicators, and operation (see Controls and Indicators on page 10). -

Use the following checklist as a guide to inspect the vehicle and check daily for proper operation. Any problems should be corrected by your MOSSY OAK vehicle Retailer/Service Center or a trained • Transmision Gear Shift Lever: Check for proper operation. See Transmision Gear Shift Lever on page 11. - Page 16 It is strongly recommended that owners not install any non-Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) supplied equipment on a Yerf-Dog MOSSY OAK in order to increase its speed or power. Do not make any modification to the Yerf-Dog MOSSY OAK for that purpose. Any modification of the vehicle’s original equipment may substantially increase the risk of serious injury or death.

MOSSY OAK VEHICLE BREAK-IN PERIOD The break-in period for your MOSSY OAK vehicle is the time it takes for the vehicle to use up the first full tank of gasoline. This break-in period is vital to the efficiency, performance and long engine life. -
