Heavy Frost on Evaporator
Always check door ajar,
customer usage -
numerous door
openings, etc.
Unplug refrigerator. Unplug blue
Verify thermistors are within
connector from main board. Measure Check wiring
proper range using
between red wire on connector and orange connections. If
YES thermistor values chart. NO
(neutral) wire on main board J7, pin 9. OK, replace
thermistor.
Is resistance within range?
Are there approximately 37 ohms?
YES
NO
Replace main
board.
Check wiring harness,
defrost heater, and
defrost overtemperature
thermostat.
