Viewing the Display Screen

This list identifies the symbols you'll see on your display
screen.
indicates your current signal strength. The more lines
you have, the stronger your signal.
indicates your phone cannot find a signal.
indicates the call is on hold.
indicates a call is in progress.
indicates the 10-4 service is enabled and the
speakerphone mode is turned on.
indicates the 10-4 service is available.
indicates the 10-4 service is unavailable and the
speakerphone mode is turned on.
indicates the 10-4 service is unavailable.
indicates you have missed 10-4 calls.
indicates 1X Data/10-4 access is active.
indicates 1X Data/10-4 access is dormant. (Voice calls
can still be made or received.)
indicates 1X Data/10-4 access is disabled.
indicates 1X Service is available.
indicates EVDO service is active.
indicates EVDO service is dormant.
indicates EVDO service is available.
indicates you are off the home network.
indicates you have missed voice calls.
indicates you have scheduled events or call alarms.
indicates you have alarm clock or countdown
notifications.
