GENERAL OPERATIONAL NOTES
Carefully read the description of the hotplate operation on
the specification sheet.
DO NOT attempt to perform any maintenance or service
unless the hotplate is disconnected from electrical power.
DO turn the circuit breaker for the hotplate off before
cleaning, servicing or performing any maintenance.
DO NOT use sharp objects or metal implements to clean
the heating elements.
DO use a plastic spatula or plastic scouring pad to remove
burned-on food product.
Each heating element is controlled by an infinite switch temperature

Higher numbers indicate higher temperatures
