To assign your own authority level to another phone:
Dial.
Enter Authorization Code and press.
Dial your own extension number and press.
Verification tone.
Dial the digit(s) to get an external line and the external
number.
To change your individual Authorization Code:
Dial.
Enter the old Authorization Code and press.
Dial the new Authorization Code and press.
Verification tone.
Press to finish the procedure.
