Make sure to remove the lens when transporting. f When transporting the projector, hold it securely by its bottom and avoid excessive vibration and impacts. They may damage the internal components and result in malfunctions.

    Chapter 2 Getting Started — Setting up Setting up Installation mode There are six ways to set up the projector. Set the [PROJECTOR SETUP] menu → [PROJECTION METHOD] (x page 108) depending on the installation location. Set [COOLING CONDITION] (x page 109) to [AUTO]. Using the projector with [COOLING CONDITION] set incorrectly may shorten the life of the lamp.

If there is a difference of 4 m (13'1") or greater in cable length, images may not be projected properly. Perform focus adjustment again near the center of the screen and if it is still not enough, fine tune the amount of rotation of the adjustment screws.
