- Page 7 DESCRIPTION OF BPT-SP FUNCTIONS AND THEIR SETTING Make sure that you have thoroughly read the introductory part of the instruction manual with the description of the appliance, placement of batteries, button functions and display (LCD) symbols! Always set the DATE and HOUR of your return from the holiday when you require the BPT-SP to return to the set programme (in AUTO or MANU)! - select the AUTO or MANU mode... - Page 13 This function is possible in the AUTO mode; you can set a different temperature than the one set in the programme simply by pressing the buttons. BPT-SP will maintain this temperature until a further +/- T change given by the programme.

The PZT (advance start-up of heating) function will provide you with a required temperature at a required time. BPT-SP will determine the heat constants of the room within two days and then will automatically switch on the heating the necessary amount of time in advance.
