the message was recorded, and also the number of the message, the
total number of messages and whether it is "NEW" or "OLD".
Press or to increase or decrease the volume during message
playback respectively.
Note:
If there are no messages, the display will briefly show "NO MESSAGES",
and then return to the idle screen.
Note:
You can use the following keys to control different operations during
message playback.
Press to stop message playback.
Press the 4 key to repeat the current message from the beginning.
Press the 4 key twice to skip back to the previous message.
Press the 2 key to skip forward to play the next message.
Press the 3 key to delete the current message playing.
11.3 Delete all messages in the answering machine
Using the handset:
Press (Left soft key) and
Press (Left soft key) and
Press (Left soft key) to show "CONFIRM?".
Press (Left soft key) to delete all old messages.
Note:
The display will briefly show "EMPTY" and return back to "DELETE
ALL", but any new messages will still be saved.
Using the base:
In idle:
Press and hold the 3 key on the base station.
All the old messages will be deleted.
Note:
New messages will not be deleted.
/ to select "ANS. MACHINE".
/ to select "DELETE ALL".
