Troubleshooting the Desk Mount
If you encounter problems with your GoBook Tablet PC Desk Mount, you should
contact your System Provider for help. However, here are a few troubleshooting tips
that might help:

If the Desk Mount is connected to a good power source using the AC/DC
power adapter, the GoBook Tablet PC computer will start charging
automatically. To use the GoBook Tablet PC while it is in the Desk Mount, it is
necessary to power the unit ON.

Instructions for Resetting the computer can be found in the GoBook Tablet PC
User's Help (found on the computer), and in the Getting Started Guide
(provided in the packaging).

If the screen of the Tablet PC is blank, check that the unit is seated correctly in
the Desk Mount and that the power LED is ON. Ensure that the power adapter
is secure in the power port.

If you encounter problems when attempting to communicate via the USB cable,
first ensure that both ends of the serial cable are connected correctly. If the
problem persists, try resetting your GoBook Tablet PC.
