Ask caller to wait
Press the Recall button
You will hear the dialling tone
Replace the handset
Note: After the call has been on hold for 30 seconds your extension will ring, automatically
for 30 seconds. If you do not answer, the call will be returned to the operator.
To pick up a call on hold from another extension
Lift handset
Key extension number of telephone where call is on hold
You will hear the engaged tone
Key * 8 #
You will now be connected to the call on hold

General cancellation

To cancel, auto callback, all diversions and follow me.
To cancel from your own extension
Lift handset
Key # 001 #
You will hear the verification tone
Replace handset
