Throttle Sticks

Reminder:
Applying the brakes will cut power
to the motor and stop product

POCKET MOD Electric Scooter Troubleshooting Guide
Symptom(s)
Lift rear end up & manually
Rear wheel barely moves
spin rear wheel forward
Should spin 3-4 times w/no resistance
Remove battery/motor cover to
check for loose connection(s)
Secure unit; turn power on & with
weight on the unit, lift back end up
Battery shows fully charged
& apply the throttle
Lights on throttle light up
Unit does not move
Remove battery/motor cover & unplug
brake connector from control module.
Secure unit; turn power on & apply throttle
Throttle does not spring
Check if handlebar grip is
back when released
pressing up against throttle
Check chain for foreign object(s)
Lights on throttle light up
Inspect spring inside brake plate
Check tension; position & the
Inspect chain tensioner
Troubleshoot
Result(s)
Wheel does not spin freely
Loose connection(s)

Rear Wheel Spins Freely
