Battery Removal
WARNING: Battery posts, terminals, and related accessories contain
lead and lead components.
1. Remove the four 6 mm
cap nuts, and remove the
front cover.

2. Remove the battery holder band.
3. Remove the negative ( ) cable from the battery negative ( )
terminal, and then remove the positive ( ) cable from the battery
positive ( ) terminal.
POSITIVE ( ) CABLE
4. Remove the battery and the battery rubber from the battery tray.

Wash hands after handling.
