10.5 TAKING AN EXTERNAL CALL DURING AN INTERNAL CALL

Even when you are on an internal call to another handset, you can still take external calls.
To take the external call:
Press the (red) key.
This interrupts the internal call.
Then press the (green) key.
You are now taking the external call.
