Can you please tell me if the chain wheel on the rail should be moving easily when tried to move manually or is it locked(not moving manually) when the motor is not placed yet?

The manual states that during assembly, the internal spline of the chain/belt wheel on the rail should align with the external spline of the opener. However, it does not explicitly mention whether the chain wheel should move easily manually when the motor is not installed. Based on typical garage door opener designs, the chain wheel may have some resistance due to internal components like clutches or gearing, but this is not confirmed in the provided information.
