Changing the Opening Message

MENU
With the main unit switched on after
pressing the Power button, once the key
is turned from the ACC position to the off
position and back to ACC again, "TOYOTA"
is displayed as the Opening Message.
As an alternate to the default TOYOTA
PRESET 1-3
display, you can edit the text yourself
to make another Opening Message. Up
to a maximum of 16 characters can be
displayed. The procedure is described on
next page.
