To connect the front panel of the Thermaltake VC3000SWA:

Place cover back to drive tray to its original position. Insert 3.5" device and secure device with screw. Insert the railed device into the 5.25" drive bay then slide it along the fixed-positioning rack inside the 5.25" cage.

2.5.2 Install HDD drive tray with power button. Place and fasten the device by screws. Insert the railed device into the 5.25" drive bay then slide it along the fixed-positioning rack inside the 5.25" cage. Drive tray with Power Button can be placed at any drive bay as desired.
2.7 PCI slot tool-free usage Release the plastic clip as follow. Take off the PCI bracket. Locate Graphic Card to the motherboard through fixing it on the space of PCI bracket and insert it to the PCI slot.
