I have a problem with touch response.
● The location of a touch does not
correspond to the touch coordinates.
● Touch coordinates appear to be
rotated 90 degrees (Windows XP).
● A touch is applied to a monitor other
than the one I intended.
● I cannot start LG TDS.
Troubleshooting
• Change your tablet PC settings (Windows 7).
- This may occur when the touch screen is not
calibrated properly.
Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Tablet
PC Settings > Display > Display options >
Calibrate or Reset
* For information about gestures and settings on
Windows 7, refer to the Windows Help.
Change the display setting to Full Screen
(Windows XP).
- On Windows XP, rotation of touch coordinates
works only in full screen mode.
* Refer to help of the graphic card installed on
your PC.
• Change the Screen Rotation setting with LG TDS.
- Run the LG TDS provided with the monitor and
set to Landscape or Portrait.
• Set 47VT30 as the primary monitor.
- This may occur if 47VT30 is not set as the
primary monitor when you are using multiple
monitors.
Go to Control Panel > Display > Settings tab and
select the monitor. Then, select Use this device as
the primary monitor and click Apply.
• Check whether the operating system is Windows
XP.
- LG TDS is supported only in Windows XP.
• Install .NET Framework 3.5 or later.
- You can download it at Microsoft Download
Center.
