OVERVIEW OVERVIEW The Cisco® UCS C210 M2 server is a general-purpose, two-socket, two rack-unit (2RU) rack server that builds on the success of the UCS C210 M1 server. The UCS C210 M2 server (shown in Figure 1) extends the capabilities of the Cisco Unified Computing System™. The server uses Intel's latest Xeon 5600 Series multicore processors with 12 DIMM slots, 5 PCIe slots, embedded dual-port gigabit Ethernet controller, and up to 16 2.5-inch SAS/SATA hot-swappable hard disk drives (HDDs) or solid-state drives (SSDs).
