2-5 Disassemble Engine
Module and Main Board
Module
1. Unscrew 4 screws (as red circle).
2. Disassemble the Engine Module and
Main Board Module from the Top Cover
Module.
Note: - To avoid breaking the thermal pads, you
must use a Wide flat-head tweezers to
separate engine module and thermal
pad from right edge.
- After the right side of the engine module
separate from the thermal pad, remove
the tweezers towards left side gradually.
- pushed up the engine and main board
module simultaneously, make sure
separate them completely.
- If the thermal pads and graphite plate
broken during disassembling process,
please change them.
- After sticking the changed graphite
plate on the top cover, please press
lightly to avoid it warping.
3. Disassemble mylar from the speaker
(as blue square).
4. Disassemble the power switch (as yellow
circle).
