Overview The KDS-EN1 HD Video Encoder/Streamer is ideal as a broadcast quality video scaler and audio embedder/de-embedder for digital signals up to 3G HD-SDI, composite and component video signals, HDMI and balanced audio signals, which are output as an IP stream and as a DVB-ASI signal.

KDS-EN1. After connecting your KDS-EN1, connect its power and then switch on the power to the other devices. 6.1.1 Connecting the Ethernet Port directly to a PC You can connect the Ethernet port on the KDS-EN1 to the Ethernet port on your PC via a crossover cable with RJ-45 connectors. This type of connection is recommended for identification of the factory default IP Address of the KDS-EN1 during the initial configuration.
