HP Care Pack Services
(1-1-1) Hardware Warranty - One-year on-site warranty, normal business hours, next business day
response, installation not included.
Software Warranty - HP warrants only that the software media will be free of physical defects for a period
of ninety (90) days from delivery.
NOTE: During the warranty period HP will provide standard business hours, standard business days
telephone support for firmware and embedded non-saleable software.
