When you insert the AirCard ExpressCard, the following
should occur:
•
If sound effects are enabled, the PC beeps.
•
The Safely Remove Hardware icon appears in the system
tray, if it is not already displayed for another card, (and
unless the feature has been disabled).

Watcher launches (unless the autolaunch feature has been
disabled).
The AirCard ExpressCard is powered as soon as you insert it.
Removing the AirCard ExpressCard
To remove the AirCard ExpressCard:
1.
Close Watcher if it is open.
2.
Click the Safely Remove Hardware icon in the system tray
to display the option to stop the card.

Click the entry for "
Standard Enhanced PCI to USB Host Controller
"
4.
If a dialog box appears notifying you that it is safe to
remove the card, click
5.
Use the ejector to remove the AirCard ExpressCard from
the slot. Pull the card out of the slot by gripping both sides
of the card and pulling the card straight out.
