This page descriptor is used to set the time over which the power condition
state is transformed into the idle condition or standby condition state.
However, because the IDD does not support the above states, the parameter
cannot be set on this page.
a. Idle
Specifies whether to permit the IDD to enter the Idle condition when the IDD
does not receive a command within the time specified in the "Idle Condition
Timer" field.
The IDD disregards this setting and executes Power Save.
b. Idle Condition Timer
Specifies the time before the IDD enters the Idle condition. When the Idle bit
is "1", the IDD disregards the specified value and enters Power Save mode in
two seconds (x 14) fixed.
