9 Select "AM" or "PM"

Press the RESET/EXIT or F.FWD/
Although seconds are not displayed, they begin counting from 00 when you press the RESET/EXIT or
F.FWD/ button. Use this feature to synchronize the clock with the correct time.
• When unplugging the AC-cord or if there is a power failure for more than 30 seconds, you may have to
reset the clock.
• If the display shows an abnormal reading or no reading, unplug the power cord for more than 30 seconds.
Then plug it back in and reset clock.

DAYLIGHT-SAVINGS TIME

Select this feature and the VCR's clock automatically will advance one hour in April, then reverse one hour in October.
Follow the steps below when you want to use this feature even if you set the AUTO CLOCK to ON.
When Daylight-Savings Time is ON, the clock's time will change automatically as follows:
First Sunday of April: from 2:00AM to 3:00AM
Last Sunday of October: from 2:00AM to 1:00AM
NOTES:
• When programmed timer recordings start between 2:00AM-2:59AM on the First Sunday of April, the VCR will start
recording at 3:00AM.
• When programmed timer recordings end between 2:00AM-2:59AM on the First Sunday of April, the VCR will stop
recording at 3:00AM.
• Use the remote control for this procedure.
• Be sure to check that the "PWR." and the "VCR" indicators are both on.
• Turn on the TV and set the TV to channel 3 or 4. Now set the CH3/CH4 switch on the back of the VCR to match the
channel selected on the TV.

1 ) Press the MENU button until the main menu appears.
• If the clock is not set yet, CLOCK SET menu appears immediately when you press the MENU button. In this case, go
to step [3].
2 Select "CLOCK SET"
