ounces with the number pad.
3. Touch START/+30 Sec pad to start
cooking.
NOTE: Weight must be in pounds and
ounces. If label gives weight in pounds
only, change the fraction of a pound to
ounces using the chart on the following
page.

A. SINGLE-STAGE COOKING
1. Set the Power Level if necessary
(default setting is 100% Power)
2. Set the cooking time.
3. Touch START/+30 SEC. to start
cooking.
B. MULTIPLE-STAGE COOKING
Some foods or recipes require
different stages of cooking at different
temperatures.
1. SET STAGE 1:
Follow steps 1 and 2 in "Single-stage
Cooking". Do not touch START/+30
SEC. pad.
• During defrosting, you need to turn
food over for uniform defrosting. After
turning, touch START/+30 Sec pad to
resume defrosting.
• Minimum auto defrost weight is 1 oz.,
Maximum auto defrost weight is 5 lbs
15 oz.
• After total time elapsed, the system
will sound several beeps.

Example
Microwave at 30% power for 5 minutes
then Convection cooking at 375°F for 7
minutes and 30 seconds.
