Creating an arrangement.
To start with an empty pattern CURSOR to ARRANGE in the main RHYTHM
ARRANGE screen and use the TIME/VALUE wheel to select S 1. Next, CURSOR to
EDIT and then press ENTER. Listed are the parameters that you will be working with
for putting together an arrangement.
• MEASURE- Represents the starting measure that you want a pattern to playback
• RHY- From here select the P, S or U bank that you want to use a pattern from.
• #- This is the pattern number that you want to start at the currently selected
measure number.
• NAME- If you are selecting a preset, this is the name of the style that is selected.
• The abbreviations to the right of NAME are the different parts of the pattern style
that can be used. IN is an intro. V1 and V2 are verse patterns. F1 and F2 are fills.
END is an ending.
• LEN- is the number of measures that you want the current pattern to play.
Here is a "recipe" for a 10 measure Hip Hop arrangement.
