    Front Panel INPUT jack This ¼" jack accepts the output from the guitar. This input takes precedence over the rear input jack (see "Rear Panell - point 5) CHANNEL switch Selects one of the four channels in sequence - 1 through 4. Also used to store midi data.
  • Page 4 Channel 3 Distortion GAIN control Adjusts the amount of drive for Channel 3. Higher settings increase distortion and sustain. British grind to EVH one. BASS, MID, TREBLE  controls The BASS, MID and TREBLE controls are your classic british configuration. Slight adjustments of each will provide a wide tonal variety. CHANNEL "ON" LED When the LED is lit the channel is active.

    OUTPUT jacks These two parallel 1/4" mono jacks for line level output are used to connect the VP4 to either a power amp or a rack effects unit - such as the Rocktron Intellifex. GROUND lift switch This switch is used for eliminating ground loops common to many multi-unit rack systems.
  • Page 6 NOTE: The VENDETTA is programed at the factory to default to Channel 1. Plugging in a MIDI Controller (Pedal) whether it is a 4-button controller or a Rocktron MIDI Mate, the Vendetta channels 1-4 will correspond with the MIDI controller buttons 1-4.
  • Page 7 IN jack to other MlDI-compatible devices via a MIDI cable. Although, this part is a 7-pin connector, a standard 5-pin MIDI cable can be used. To control the VENDETTA and another MIDI compatible device (like a Rocktron Intellifex), plug a standard 5-pin MIDI cable from the MIDI Thru on the VENDETTA into the MIDI IN on the compatible device.

    Fuse Replacement Fuse Replacement Always replace the main fuse with an identically rated replacement. Your VEN- DETTA amplifier uses a 3AG, 2A, 250VAC, slo-blo fuse for 100/120VAC or 3AG,1A, 250VAC slo-blo fuse for 220/240VAC. The fuse is located immediately below the line cord inlet on the rear panel and can be accessed by removing the fuse cover module as shown below.
