  • Page 3 Battery Notes: • Dispose of batteries promptly and properly. Do not burn or bury them. • Use only fresh batteries of the required size and type. • Do not mix old and new batteries, different types of batteries (alkaline, or rechargeable), or rechargeable batteries of different capacities. • If you do not plan to use your clock for more than a month, remove the batteries. Batteries can leak chemicals that can damage electronic parts. Set the Time 1. Press and hold M/MODE for 2 seconds until the time flashes.

  • Page 6 Set the Alarm 1. Press and hold M/MODE for 2 seconds until the time flashes. 2. Press M/MODE briefly to enter alarm setting mode. AL appears. í 3. Press /HR and /MIN to set time. í Hold /HR or /MIN to quickly set the hour or minute. The clock will announce the setting. 4. Press M/MODE once to exit. í 5. Press /HR to select an alarm sound option: Beep, Cuckoo or Rooster. Snooze When the alarm sounds, press SNOOZE to temporarily stop the alarm and enter snooze mode. M flashes. A one-minute alarm repeats every nine minutes.

Time Report Press TALKING/SNOOZE/LIGHT to announce the current time. Chime Mode In time display mode, press /MIN to turn on the hourly chime. appears. The chime sounds each hour from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Care and Use • Keep your clock dry; if it gets wet, wipe it dry immediately. Keep your alarm clock away from dust and dirt. Handle your clock carefully; do not drop it.
