  • Page 3 SNOOZE/ LIGHT • Stop the alarm for 5 minutes (Snooze) or 24 hours (Alarm). • Turn on the backlight. SNOOZE/ ALARM ON/ ALARM OFF • Turn the alarm on or off. • Turn the alarm on with snooze function. LOCK/ TIME SET/ ALARM SET/ CALENDAR • Select option to set the time, alarm, or calendar. • Lock the settings. MONTH/ HR Set the month or hour. YEAR/ 12/24 Set the year or select hour format. DATE/ MIN Set the date or minute. °C/°F Select Celsius or Fahrenheit.

    Install the Battery Insert 1 AAA battery (not supplied) into the battery compartment, matching the polarity symbols (+ and –) marked inside. Battery Note: • Dispose of old batteries promptly and properly. Do not burn or bury them. • Use only a fresh battery of the required size and type. • If you do not plan to use your clock for more than a month, remove the battery. Batteries can leak chemicals that can damage electronic parts.
  • Page 5 Set the Date 1. Slide the switch inside the battery compartment to CALENDAR. The date flashes. 2. Press the YEAR, MONTH and DATE buttons to set the date. (Hold to set quickly.) Set the Time 1. Slide the switch inside the battery compartment to TIME SET. The time flashes. 2. Press the HR and MIN buttons to set the time. (Hold to set quickly.) 3. Press the 12/24 button to select the time format. Note: In 12-hour format, an AM or PM icon indicates morning or evening hours.

    Set the Alarm 1. Slide the switch inside the battery compartment to ALARM SET. The time flashes. 2. Press HR and MIN to set the time. (Hold to set quickly.) 3. Slide the switch to LOCK to exit. 4. Slide the outer switch: • ALARM ON – ¡appears. • SNOOZE – Zz appears. At the set time, the alarm sounds for one minute. To stop the alarm: • Press SNOOZE / LIGHT. The alarm stops for either 24 hours or a 5 minute snooze. (You can press SNOOZE up to 3 times). • Slide the outer switch to OFF.
  • Page 7 Care and Use • Keep your clock dry; if it gets wet, wipe it dry immediately. • Keep your alarm clock away from dust and dirt. • Handle your clock carefully; do not drop it. • Avoid contact with any corrosive materials such as perfume, alcohol, or cleaning agents. • Do not subject the clock to excessive force, shock, dust, or high temperature or humidity. Any of these conditions may shorten the life of the clock. • Do not tamper with any of the internal components of this clock. This will invalidate the warranty and may cause damage.
