The HP ProLiant DL385 quick deploy rail system provides tool-free support for racks with square or
round mounting holes (including Compaq/HP 7000*, 9000, 10000 and HP series), with an adjustment
range of 24" - 36". The ambidextrous cable management arm can be mounted on either the left or right
side for improved cable management.
NOTE: Cable management arm must be removed to access hot-plug power supplies when the cable NOTE: NOTE: NOTE:

*NOTE: NOTE: NOTE: NOTE: High Airflow Inserts (High Air Flow Rack Door Insert for the 7142 Rack (single) - PN: 327281-
B21; or High Air Flow Rack Door Insert for the 7142 Rack (6-pack) - PN: 327281-B22) are required to
support the HP ProLiant DL385 G2 in 7000 series racks. The DL385 G2 Cable Management Arm is not
supported on 7000 series racks.
DL385 G2 Telco Rack Kit:
Support for all 2-post Telco racks requires the use of the standard rack kit and an additional option kit
from Rack Solutions (http://www.racksolutions.com/hp/)
