Work with the Settings Editor
Introduction
Use the Océ Settings Editor to set the default settings of the Océ
TDS450 according to your companies requirements. You can log on as
either Key Operator or System Administrator. Key Operators and System
Administrators have different rights to determine settings.
Key Operator settings
A Key Operator can configure the templates for the copy and scan-to-file
jobs, the default settings for print jobs, and the default off-line fold
settings. Also the printer, system and scanner defaults and stamps can
be set or modified.
The procedure to make Key Operator settings is as follows:
1. Maximize the Océ Settings Editor on the screen.
2. Log on as Key Operator.
3. Click on one of the top buttons to display the desired group of
settings.
4. Select the setting you want to update in the tree structure.
Note: See the user manual for a description of all the possible Key
Operator settings.
