Problem
Your iPod/iPhone

• Remove your iPod/iPhone from the dock, wait five seconds, then firmly reseat it. You may need to do this a few
times.
• With another sound device, be sure your iPod/iPhone is removed from the dock and the second device is properly
connected, turned on with the volume turned up, and set to play.
• If the other sound device is connected and playing, press any button on the remote control to activate the system.
• Unplug the SoundDock Portable system and remove the battery from the back of the system to completely shut
off any power to it. Then reattach the battery and plug the system in again.
• Make sure you have the latest version of software on your iPod/iPhone.
