What to do
Press AUX to reset the mode of operation for
the iPod.
You may then need to press Play/Pause to
resume play.
If the system is off or you are playing another
source, press AUX.
Then press On/Off or another source button.
With the remote aimed properly, your iPod should
turn off within 2 seconds.
Use Volume to set the volume to the level you
prefer for a particular song.
The recording quality of songs varies, producing
inconsistent play volumes.
Make sure the iPod is turned off to help prevent
interference. (Refer to "The iPod is on when it
should not be.")
Position the dock to the right of the system to
minimize interference with the built-in AM antenna.
Be sure the audio cable from the dock is connected
to INPUT AUX 1 on the changer.
Press AUX and check to see that AUX 1 appears on
®
the Wave
You may then need to press Play/Pause.
Connect the headphones to the mini jack on the
®
Wave
system.
This silences the system so the sound plays through
the headphones only.
