Active-Trac Suspension The Jazzy 1121 is equipped with Active-Trac Suspension (ATS). ATS is a suspension system designed to make your power chair traverse different types of terrain and obstacles while maintaining smooth operation. With ATS, the front anti- tip wheels work in conjunction with the motor suspension to help you maneuver over obstacles in excess of three inches in height.

NOTE: The power elevating seat option is equipped with a system that reduces the speed of the power chair by one - half when the seat is elevated more than 2.5-5 cm (1-2 inches). The parking brakes have a bad connection. Check the parking brake and motor connections. Make sure the controller connections are secure. An excessive voltage has been applied to the controller. M A I N T E N A N C E CARE AND MAINTENANCE Your Jazzy 1121 is a sophisticated power chair. Like any motorized vehicle, it requires routine maintenance checks. You can perform some of these checks, but others require assistance from an authorized Pride Provider. Preventive mainte- nance is very important.
