Timer Recording

Insert the cassette.

Press TIMER REC.
The VCR turns off automatically, and enters the
timer recording standby mode. The
appears in the display window.
When no cassette is inserted, the
flashes and a beep sounds.
When the input signal from the EXT TIMER IN
terminal becomes low, recording starts and the E
indicator appears in the display window.
When the input signal from the EXT TIMER IN
terminal becomes high, recording stops and the VCR
enters the timer recording standby mode.

Changing/Cancelling the Timer
Settings
If the
indicator lights in the display window, press
TIMER REC to clear it.
Changing the timer settings

Press M ENU until the TIMER SET display
appears on the screen.

Press SHIFT b or v to move the flashing to the
position where you want to change.

Press DATA

to change the setting.

Press PAUSE to return to the normal display.
Cancelling the timer setting

Press MENU until the TIMER SET display
appears on the screen.

Press SHIFT v to move the flashing to the position
where you want to cancel.

Press SHIFT b to move the flashing to the timer
execution.

Press DATA

to set the timer execution to N.

Press PAUSE to return to the normal display.
Cancelling all timer settings
1
Press MENU until the TIMER SET display
appears on the screen.

Press MENU RESET.
All timer settings are cleared.

Press PAUSE to return to the normal display.
