6. Install the key in the jackshaft, and
install the fixed sheave. Grease the
indicated point.
4-6. CHAIN CASE
7. Install the washer and securing nut.
Torque the nut to specification.
Tightening torque:
4.0 rn-kq (29 ft-lb)
8. Wipe both sheaves. They should be free
from oil and grease.
