TROUBLESHOOTING
NO SPARK OR WEAK SPARK.

Check the spark plug gap.

Check the spark plug cap resistance.

Check the ignition coil resistance.
I
Check the stator coil.
Check the IIENGINE STOP" switch, throttle
switch, carburetor switch and main switch.

Correct connection and/or replace C.D.1. unit.

Repair or replace the spark plug.
OUT OF SPECIFICATION
I
Replace the spark plug cap.
OUT OF SPECIFICATION
I
Replace the ignition coil.
FAULTY

Replace the stator coil.

Replace the handlebar switch (right),
carburetor switch and/or main switch.
