ALARM
ALARM mode features 2 alarms that sound for 20 seconds each. Press any button to deactivate
a sounding alarm.
Set the alarm
1 In ALARM mode, press and hold ADJUST for
two seconds.
Hour designator blinks.
2 Press START/LAP to advance one hour.
Hold for quick advance.
3 Press STOP/RESET to advance to the next
programmable element.
Minutes begin blinking.
4 Press START/LAP to advance one minute.
Hold for quick advance.

5 Press ADJUST to save changes.
Advance to the next alarm
Press the STOP/NEXT button.
The next alarm number appears in the display. Follow
directions above for setting the next alarm.
Turn alarm and hourly chime on/off
In ALARM mode, press START/LAP.
When the alarm is activated a

sound once daily.
When the hourly chime is activated a
