Received Calls Options

When you are viewing received numbers, Options appears above the
left soft key to allow you to access the received call options, which are
described in the following paragraphs.
Accessing the Options
1. Press the Options soft key when it appears. The options are
displayed.
2. Press the
soft key until a desired option is selected. The selected
option is displayed in bold type.
3. Press the Select soft key.
Save Book
You can save the selected number in your Phonebook memory.
Enter the name for the number and press the OK soft key. Then choose
the address number and press the Select soft key.
Erase
When you are asked to confirm that you want to erase the selected
number, press the Yes soft key. The selected number will be erased.
All Erase
When you are asked to confirm that you want to erase all numbers,
press the Yes soft key. All received numbers will be erased.

Greeting Message
This option allows you to enter a greeting message that will be
displayed when your phone is in the Standby mode. You can change the
greeting message according to your own preference.
To write your greeting message, follow this procedure;
1. In the Standby mode, press the Menu soft key.
2. Press the
soft key repeatedly until Greeting Message appears.
3. Press the Select soft key. The cursor will blink. If you have already
registered a greeting message, the message is displayed.
4. Enter your personal greeting by pressing the alphanumeric keys on the
number keypad. A maximum of 16 digits can be entered. For details on
entering a name, see page 37.
Note: If necessary, use
key to erase the current greeting

message.
5. Press the OK soft key to save the setting. With a beep, your phone
returns to the Standby mode and you can see your greeting message
which you have entered in the LCD display.
Note: If you want to restore the greeting message to the default setting,
SAMSUNG, erase all the existing messages by pressing
and then pressing the OK soft key.
